Questions from Pakistani sellers
How do customers confirm an order?
After checkout they tap a button that opens WhatsApp with the message written; they send it, and the order is confirmed. Orders from another number are flagged for you to check.
Which couriers can I use?
PostEx and Leopards can be booked from the dashboard with your own account. Any other courier can be recorded by hand.
How do I know the courier paid me?
The Remittance page shows which delivered parcels' cash is still with the courier and which has been paid out.
Can customers pay before delivery?
Yes, if you switch it on: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer, with an optional discount for paying first.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, once it's switched on for your shop: www.yourshop.pk or .com, with the certificate issued for you.
