This page explains what we collect when you order from us and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, and any note you add. When you confirm on WhatsApp, we receive that message and the number it came from. If you pay before delivery, we receive the transaction ID and the name or number you paid from.

Why

To deliver your order, to confirm it is really yours, to contact you about it, and to prevent fraudulent orders. Your details go to the courier that delivers the parcel. We don't sell them or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our accounts and to handle returns. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we must keep an order record by law.

Cookies and analytics

The shop remembers your bag and checkout details in your own browser. If analytics is switched on, it measures visits and purchases without identifying you by name.
