Why do I need to confirm on WhatsApp?
Many Cash on Delivery orders are placed by mistake or with someone else's number, and each one is a parcel that travels across the country and back. A message from your own WhatsApp tells us the order is real, so we can ship it straight away.
What if I don't use WhatsApp?
That's fine. If an order isn't confirmed on WhatsApp, we call the number on the order before shipping.
Does confirming cost anything?
No. You send one normal WhatsApp message, the same as messaging a friend.
I confirmed from a different number. Is that OK?
Yes. Your message includes the order number and a short code from the checkout page, so we can match it. We may call the number on the order to double-check.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 250, and free on orders from Rs 5,000. The total is shown before you place the order.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the parcel is shipped. Use the link on your order page, or send CANCEL with your order number on WhatsApp.
